Last year I booked a carpet clean with CitySlicker for DreamClean. The guys came out late December but didn't do a proper job. When I called Tanya she said she would get the guys to come out in the new year. Since then nothing has happened, instead I've had to constantly resend the correspondence and deal with incompetent staff who don't seem to have a clue of what they're doing. I'm sick and tired of having to deal with useless people who can't do their jobs and don't have an inkling on how to resolve such matters. It's sad to deal with issues like this but when did bad service and lack of delivery became the norm. I only want them to do what they were meant to from the start. If they can't then I want a refund and I'll go to a company who will be able to deliver.
