As much as I have been paying via debit order faithfully- a simple request as a statement should surely be just a click away. I called to ask on how much I owe going forward- I was told one figure. I disputed it, I then was told that I would be called in 5 minutes to advise me on my statement. 5 minutes has already become 5 hours and am still counting. Shall your motto be "quick to debit--slow to service"? Poor service is rife at Ver Tex or whatever your company name is. I expect a statement as soon as possible.
