We wanted to withdraw money from Post Office Thohoyandou only to be told that they don't have that kind of amount we were asking for but my mom Thizwilondi Ednah Mutele went there 2 weeks before to book the money to be withdraw today and she was told all is fine after submitting all the documents that was required. and today we were told that the person who helped her she wasn't working today so what I don't understand is that does it really has to be the same person helped my mom 2 week before who can only help us today to withdraw money or what?
