SA Post Office
Cannot get to speak to anybody at JIMC

I am waiting for a parcel from the USA.
It was sent by the US postal service and has been at JIMC since the 18th of Dec 2012

I received the notification that they require invoices on the 20th of Dec 2012.
The parcel manifest is II 276 601 751 ZA

I have been trying to contact the JIMC on the following numbers 011-961-6006/7/8/9/10/17
I have tried going to the website [URL Removed] to send an enquiry.

There is no answer from any of the listed contact numbers and the website does not work

HELP...
