Peter Stuyvesant has a Quality Callback... Why I do not know, I have been waiting for 3 weeks for someone to get back to me.
I recently purchased two packs of peter red, unfortunately 3 of my smokes were broken when I opened the box.
I will still support the brand as this is my first issue with the product, but please get back to someone logging a complaint as it is very frustrating not being contacted.
