I bought a BMW 1200 GS and it need a Annual service when I bought the motorcycle on 16500km in November 2012. I go and do what is needed to do and pay my dues. On 20 000km it want to be serviced again. I took it there and thought this was only a reset? I Wish their service intervals was 10 000km, only advised that I need to pay for another Service. The workshop manager is nice and said he will give me a discount on this and lucky it is not R2000 it is R1850 great work.
Could they not advise me that they could do the annual service and 20 000km service at once??? No they want to charge you twice for labour, oil and oil filter.
I am really disgusted with them, maybe all the other riders just keep quiet??? If any one can tel me is there more sites where I can express my feelings.
