I purchased a 2nd hand Mercedes from Osmond's Auto-haus in the latter part of November, 2012. It had a few snags, some of which left me stranded on the road. They fixed a sensor just to get me going. I have a list of items with his signature promising he will complete the rest. Items outstanding: inside cover unit to cover the station wagons boot, (they removed the old one and never fixed or replaced it) park distance control not working and petrol tank guage that's faulty.
It is now 13/03/13 and he still insist I must be patient, he will fix it. I demanded a response via registered mail a week ago and now he has gone dead quiet. He will not return any calls.
