My parcel was posted on 12th of feb with my study material with my first assignment due on the 15th of march which is the important assignment coz if i dint submit it then i dont qualify today its 6days before the due date and still got NOTHING!!! have made countless calls to the hub all with " WE DONT HAVE THAT PARCEL" emailed the customer care on monday STILL NO RESPONSE!!! used an online tracker and it ahs started moving and its in WITSPOS looked for the number on their online page it has 11digits!!! they told me will get it on monday exactly after a month for a 50km journey.
i can understand the staff is on strike but why doesnt the customer care talk to us then??? if i had ridden a snail or tortoise from jhb i would have gone to pta and back in time to study and do my assignment.. A BIG THANK YOU P.O CREW FOR DECIDING OUR FUTURE WHILIST WE PLANNING ON IT!!!
