I just got off the phone with the accounts department of H2O International. They have incorrectly charged for Water I did not receive. I called them and stated that since my contract was cancelled and last payment was January 2013. The accounts department stated that because it is only R85.00 it is too small an amount to bother sorting out. How dare they, they make the mistake and then tell me they will not sort it out because it is too much effort.
