Myself and my flatmate has moved in a month and half ago
- Paid R16000 plus full rent
- Service Agreement and Agreement made has not been fulfilled, they do not follow due process and do not return calls, Sms's, emails.
- Agents are in cahoots with one another and protects one another, not helpful at all and does not want to grant meetings with the manager.
- Certain things in the flat was agreed upon to be fixed, which was not fulfilled by the agents and manger.
- Untrustworthy Agents.
