Why do one have to struggle like this. We bought an item in Belfast on 13/02/2013 the morning and it was posted to us immediately by the seller. The same evening it was scanned in Tswane hub and since then still lying there. This is not service. It is frustration. Not the Call centre nor the online tracking service could tell me more. I have a paid item in the posession of someone else. Why, I don't know. Please give me my item and let us go on with life. I was surprised to see how many comlpaints (similar) were already reported towards the very same division. It is High time that someone intervenes and take action. Awaiting your response... AND MY PARCEL!!!
