Lionel Peters is a and and. We hired him to do wedding pictures in February this year. We have not received our weding book yet nor the cd. He did not take the pictures as "his daughter was supposedly in hospital with meningitis" he sent someone else to to the shoot BUT we paid for HIS work. To date Lionel cannot be reached via telephone or email. PEOPLE PLEASE DO NOT USE LIONEL AS HE SHOWS OFF HIS WORK BUT DOES NOT PITCH TO DO THE PHOTO SHOOT AND YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR PICS.
