I have always been using Huggies because of their good reviews but recently (approx 2 months ago) came across a few defective nappies (no straps/ straps facing backwards). I kept them aside with the intention of contacting the customer careline but never got around to it. Last month, I came across another two in a pack and just threw it away at the Paeds office during her monthly visit. This morning I found another in a new pack I purchased at Woolies. This is becoming really ridiculous and something I can no longer ignore as you pay big bucks for baby's essentials' with the expectation of receiving good quality products as advertised.
