We moved from Simons Town to Noordhoek and chose to use Biddulphs again as we had great service previously. This time we were very disappointed! I packed and moved my personal items myself and secured them out of vision in a cupboard. During the move whilst unloading the van and directing the move of various items into the new house, my personal items were taken out of their box. This was only discovered later when unpacking. There was nobody else on the property during the move besides Biddulphs and myself.
We called Biddulphs management and they have denied their liability. They claim to have done a polygraph test on each person and claimed to not find any guilt amongst their personal. No further customer care has been provided and I feel we need to warn others to NOT use BIDDULPHS in Cape Town
