The guys that had to drop of my package today are rude, loud, bad attitude and simply useless. If i had them representing my company I would really reconsider my values and core purpose as an organisation.
They firstly came without notifying me (this is after i called the call centre and advised that i am not office bound, please make a note on my ref that they need to contact me beforehand), reschedule the appoinment and they pitch 3 hours later (in a rush, loud and rude, threatining to leave and come back the next day in the morning because i was expressing my unsatisfaction with their lack of professionalisim), request me information that the call centre didnt advice of and when i go get the info they just drove off without a word.
they made me feel like Ram is doing me a favour, i am at their mercy and that my life depended on them. Loud, rude, and no sense or idea of people skill or what a customer is.
what a let down that Vodacom would affiliate themselves with you guys.
