I was particularly impressed by the quick response I always got from my case managers. Your Managers are very polite and friendly. Brent and Insauf were the best. However at one point I felt dissapointed because my case was moved form one manager to another (a total of four (4) managers handled my case in three months!).
Since I have not been able to raise the required security funds, I expected some one to follow up and tell me my options but it seems like I am forgotten-just like that! I am happy that you have asked me to "speak up".
