I don't really know what to say other than the spectacles which I tested for at the end of December are still not satisfactory. I had multifocals made (as always) but somehow I simply cannot get to focus properly. The first paid was sent back as it almost blinded me and the 2nd pair is simply ridiculous, When working on my PC, I need to tilt my head right back to see the screen otherwise everything is blurred.
As this is not progressing satisfactorily, I would like a full refund so that my regular opticians can make them properly.
I am a very unhappy and disgruntled customer.
