On 2014/01/23, at 10:43 I called goldwagen pretoria west branch looking for a car part, some man answered the phone without identifying himself, I explained to him what I want and he never bothered to ask me to hold on the line to check for me.he put me on hold for more than 2minutes.
My concern is don't this sales person have computers in front of them to assist a client as quick as they can.
They must also learn to identify themselves and learn phone manners.we are clients who wanna support them.
I'm not impressed at all.
