I was stupidly attracted to one of those banners on my mailbox - promising that you can buy an ipad for a ridiculous amount on an auction site.
Curious, I went into the site, and was immediately urged to pay for a subscription before I can participate. Again, stupidly, I provided my credit card details and was shocked to see an amount of 1500 go through - when I expected 200 subscription.
I was further horrified to discover that this site operated as gambling site - users waited and gambled their subscriptions in order to win prizes.
When I immediately requested my money back - I was ignored. I suppose Viaziz has not heard of the Consumer Protection Act. Please advise where I can take this further... I'd like my money back - but have no avenue on the website to recover my funds.
