In Jan 2013 I contacted Global visa to enquire about a visa for New Zealand as I was interested in relocating there. I was told by the agent that the service they offer is to find my employment with companies that will sponsor me to work overseas this at a cost of R20 000. According to them I wouldn't have a problem finding a job as my skills were listed on the New Zealand skills list and as they have quite a few employment agencies there shouldn't be any issues. I had to update my CV and emailed it to them, they put it into their format and then send it back to me with a few web sites to which I had to submit my CV if there were suitable positions, 99% of the jobs advertised on this sites weren't for my skill set and informed my case manager of that, but she just said I must keep on trying. I informed them that I'm unhappy with their service and want to cancel my contract with full refund. I was told that the request for cancellation must go to the Board of Directors in the UK for approval. In Sept 2013 I received a letter stating that my money will be refunded in full, but up till now I've not received anything. I've phoned and ever threaten them with lawyers but still nothing
