A debit order with the reference MILC-EM-1972402-3 started going off my account in about September 2011 when I upgraded my daughter's cell contract telephonically with an agent who called me to advise her upgrade was due and they would deliver the new handset to my office. The R19 debit began the next month and I assumed it was their fee and kicked myself for not just going into the branch to do the upgrade. However, this should have stopped after 2 years as I have since upgraded again and this time at the branch and the amount has now increased to R23. I would like this stopped immediately and all charges since September 2013 to be reversed.
