Deposit not reflecting in my account

On the 29.11.2013 I deposited an amount of R100 000-00 into MTN Zakele account as stated in their website with the intention of purchasing shares. Shortly after that we received an SMS stating that they have received the money.

They then closed the trading platform for reasons that are obvious to anyone who knows anything about shares. They then stated they would open the platform on around the 17 December (not exactly sure about the date now), however up to now it is still closed.

I have been regularly checking my account and the money still does not reflect. I have been regularly trying to contact them on the number listed on their website and all I get is a recording stating that they are experiencing high call volumes and that I should visit the website.

Well, lo and behold on the 14.01.2014 I got through to a lady called Leo who promised that she will investigate where the problem and will get back to me tomorrow being 15.01.2014. Lets see what happens.

I would just like my money back now, I do have all the bank records as proof thereof. People deal with MTN at your own peril, you have been warned.
