3 years after the original sale, Johan was prepared to do maintenance on items (free of charge). I did not expect this and was prepared to pay. On previous occasions Johan has also assisted with small maintenance issues. Johan responds to his emails within an hour and has always delivered on time. It is a pleasure doing business with Ryan's Baby Furniture. In future I am also planning on making use of him for other furniture and shelving solutions.
