Terrible service from Navshop

I bought a unit from Sean back in April 2013, it was delivered and all seemed perfect until I went to have the unit installed only to be told that surround cables were supposed to be sent with it, never the less I contacted Sean and after at least 2 months I received the cables. I then asked Sean if the buttons could be changed as the colour on the buttons were totally different to my car, he then said he would order it... I have been waiting over 6 months for the buttons and was constantly told that it had been sent and that I would receive it in a week... if that excuse wasn't enough he then complained about customs. he also then said he would refund me the money for the unit and give me a unit free of charge for the 2nd car I bought. I AM STILL WAITING!!! no matter how many times I have called and smsed he either doesn't reply or has a new excuse.

DO NOT USE NAVSHOP as if you cant stick to your promises and keeping customers happy, you shouldn't be in the business.
