ELMIEN VAN DER WALT called to offer me an exchange of Bungalow for three high standard Rondavels which costs more than Bungalow without asking for extra payment. She did this to accommodate other guests who requested to be moved into the room next door theirs. I had some frustrations when I checked in, however Elmien attended to my concerns swiftly with a great attitude. It was such a great pleasure being serviced by Elmien.
My bookings was for 10 gilrs for my daughter's 21st birthday. The girls had a great time and the treatment was awesome. Thanks again
