Deceitful business practice

Contacted above supplier to get quote to re spray basin, toilet and bath. When he came out - we were busy tiling the bathrooms. He pressured me to do job immediately. When asked if can be done before tiling completed, he said no problem. Unfortunately tiling walls etc chipped the sprayed layer. When contacted he and says told me not to do and also told us to put blanket to protect spraying. ALL . Now wants to charge 70% of price to touch up.
