Entered their "gracafication" comp in weeks 2&3.week 2 we were close, but cracked it in week3.winner announced for week3 and its the lady that was 3rd.when i queried this i was told that the person who gets a certain score 1st wins.thats not what the rules said.i pointed the t's&c's out, and within minutes of this it was changed.today a lady calls to say she apologizes for the inconvenience and will send my husband&i the prize vouchers, and some wine.yay right? the prize voucher was r3000 and i thought they were rectifying their mistake.upon receiving her confirmation email i got the biggest surprize of my life.they want to 'bribe' us with a R500 voucher so as to not tarnish the Brand's image.we lost out on a r3000 prize because there is a problem on their app (admitted by the woman who called me) and they cannot retract their announcement that the other lady won, but i must be happy with the fact that we were plainly and simply cheated out of a voucher.even though my husbands name is 1st, that does not count, but it counted the previous 2 weeks? there are laws governing the fact the rules were changed to benefit one person.this is truly unfair and must be sorted out immediately!
