Bad service wantitall/Makro

On the 21/1/2013 I purchased a Packard Bell 15, 6" Core i5 Laptop R5899 & delivery R204 paid by credit card.
Website of Makro indicated there was stock available @ Montague Gardens Cape Town. Following morning somebody phoned and said they are out of stock at Makro Montague Gardens and they will obtain the pc at other branches. Now on the 31 January 10 days later no delivery was made. I send an e.mail to WantitAll
with a copy of the invoice number 1209661 on the 29 January with no response 2 days later.
