Sasolburg Veterinary Hospital
Poor people shunned

I am very disappointed in the Sasolburg Vet Hospital. The older lady at the reception desk told my child that if she doesn't pay R1000.00 upfront for the Vet to look at her dog she is not welcome. Obviously for this practise it is all about the money and not the well being of the sick animal. My daughter doesn't work and I am not a rich parent. I could only afford R400.00 for the visit and was willing to pay the rest upon fetching the dog. Still the animal was refused treatment.
I think this is low for any Vet Hospital. I understand money makes the world go round but at this time of the year it wouldn't be to much to ask for some compassion for a sick animal.
