On the 23 October, the Pest Control Group came out to see us. They put down the Racumin Paste, which we were told was pet friendly. Upon doing research we discovered that it is NOT pet friendly and we called him and asked him to come and see us so that we can sort this problem out because the Rats were not getting less.
It has now been 2 weeks that we have been trying to get hold of Louis and we do not get any response, we have sent emails, sms's, tried calling numerous times and left numerous voice mails.
This is not acceptable as we paid R850 for a service that we were told would work and HAS NOT.
We have now had to pay a further R1000 to another company to sort this problem out as we cannot wait for Louis to get back to us. This infestation has gotten a lot worse since he has been here.
Very disappointed in the service and attitude that we have received from this company :(
