I was interested in renting a home from said company, after emails and a telephone conversation, the rental agent mentioned or should I say "addresses" my attitude over the phone calling me irritated because I explained I would like to know what the final rental amount for said property will be before I send original bank statements, which I must pay for. I was completely calm I spoke in my normal tone of voice. I have never come across a person who knows me from a bar of soap, but claims to know my personality or level of irrtability over a phone. Will never recommend or rent a property from a person like that, imagine the horror when actualy reting from her.
