Don't use Aer-Mart

This has happened a while ago, and I did forget to log but their service was shocking.
I wanted to service my air-cons, they wanted a full payment prior to commencing, reason, they don't know the customer, but in the same vein, I didn't know the vendor.
Finally agreed on a pmt when they arrive which was made before any work was commenced
To be honest, after that, I don't think they did anything, my aircons are now worse off then before.
They also promised to call with "parts" that needed replacing which never happened

They are all about being paid, but provide no service.
