I started selling tupperware in November 2008. In March 2013 i was approached by Danie to become a manger as our Manager had relocated. After approaching numerous ladies i was the only one who showed great interest in the matter, and soon after became the manager of our team. all the ladies were overwhelmed with joy because for while we had no manager and did not get our gifts etc. i suddenly became ill in July and had to go for a op, and this is when the trouble started. Having being booked of from my day time job for 8 weeks, i had to take it easy being at tupperware too. Long story short, i received the cold shoulder and rude treatment, and was even challenged by Danie that i must choose if my husband&my health are important or my "business". Invincible Sales ALWAYS has a shortfall of stock and it takes up to 2 months to get stock, to the customer who has already paid. Today i went to our "Rally" took my Gran with and she was highly disgusted with the manner he talks to the people, only to find out that he had removed and replaced me as a manager, when asking Theo and Innocent they both could not look me in the eye, as well as Danie. My team is highly annoyed and want to quit.
