[URL Removed] made a commitment to deliver garden dressing at a particular time on a particular day & due to the nature of the 'service', required payment in advance. Although I paid for the service a week in advance & received written confirmation of delivery date & time and also phoned the day before to confirm delivery date & tiime which I made very clear is important due to other workers being paid to be available at this time, they failed to deliver. I still have no commitment ito delivery of goods already paid for. I have made many phone calls to them in this regard & Management continues to be unavailable & empty promises continue to be made.
