Lack of response. Eqstra was going to purchase and deliver a vehicle to us (DB Thermal) 2 weeks ago. The vehicle that the dealer was supposed to keep for us was then sold to somebody else during a lengthy admin process. Since then, we have requested for other quotes on available vehicles of other makes and Eqstra doesn't deliver the quotes.
