My delivery date was scheduled for 1 November 2013; confusion with regard to the quotation was not resolved within 2 weeks which resulted in my goods not being delivered from storage. This has caused me a great deal of inconvenience and undue stress, especially since it was not communicated to me prior that no delivery would be made. I am not impressed by Biddulphs level of professionalism; I cannot get through to anyone after hours to find out when I can expect delivery of my goods, so it is expected to plan my life around their delivery.
