My car had gone in for repairs after a crash. I obviously didn't know them prior the accident. A month later, they made me feel at home. Their follow ups are consistent and they communicated with us almost twice a week. What stood with me was when I returned a vehicle because I was unhappy with some few bits. They didn't sulk, instead they helped with a smile, and still continued to communicate. The are like service psychologists. You walk in their office fuming and leave with a hopeful smile. I personally like their team work. What I also realised is their interest in knowing about your time, your need for the car, and how they always try to go an extra mile. I even recommended more people, especially my friends and told them about TC Panelbeaters, simply because of Happy, Harriet, Joey, and their manager Craig. And by the way, they are not just pretty, they are smart because they know a business model with regards to how they should address their clients, and also how to be accountable. I must say, also that their paint work is Fgreat. They know how to deal with people.
