Esponding to a call

I found cat which possible had been hit by a car, i called them and they responded immediately, by sending one of their inspectors, Alfred, unfortunately the cat had in the meantime died. The lady on the switchboard called me back to inform me that an inspector was on his way, AMAZING in these time when service delivery is so poor. THANK YOU SPCA AND YOUR WHOLE TEAM
