Attended at the Boxman. When I couldn't find anybody, I saw a note that said that if nobody visible, to enquire at the garage. I enquired at the garage and was referred to the tyre? dealership. After enquiring there I was advised that somebody would assist shortly. I returned to the Boxman and waited. An elderly gentleman approached and was clearly miffed that I had interrupted his lunch, as he was still chewing, refused to look me in the eye, greet me or even acknowledge me. He opened the door and we entered the premises. He looked at me, still without greeting. I proceeded to ask him whether he had certain boxes and showed him one that I had brought along. He pointed to boxes stacked ceiling high behind me and said that those were the only boxes that they sell. I said to him, quite irate by now, that surely he should be able to advise whether they sell the same or similar box seeing that he works there. He was unfriendly, did not assist at all and upon telling him that his customer service was dreadful, advised me to complain to head office and not to him. I at that time turned and left the store and told him that he was rude.
