So I phoned Lizzies Maids and made a booking, clearly stating my name and address to the lady answering the phone. I booked the service and rung off. Almost immediately I received an sms asking me to reconfirm my name, which was horribly spelt. No sooner had I returned the sms with the correct name, I received yet another sms asking me to reconfirm my address, which was once again badly noted down. I once again returned the sms confirming the correct address. Their incompetence wasted both my time and money.
Today, a day before the service is to be rendered, the same incompetent lady called me to ask if I have made payment... for services yet to be rendered I queried? Seriously? Yes she shouts at me, that is why she sent me the sms... an sms with the banking details she says, rather rudely and abruptly. Well unfortunately no sms was received, and I am most definitely not paying before the service is rendered.
