Money paid but no mag subscription or feedback

In July 2012, whilst going through the PnP website, OntheDot via Daniel Masson eventually contacted my wife regarding a PnP Fresh Living magazine subscription. We paid the money for a 12 month subscription the same month... and then the problems / excuses started!.. In August we contacted Daniel again, then in September, then in November... Excuses ranged from apologies, to promises to following up within his own departments. Until eventually in November this guy informed us that he does not work in that department anymore and we must contact someone else!!!??? Now these still has our money and we still sitting with no subscription!!!
