We are a supplier of powerpin. We are receiving complaints every day regarding conlog services. Customers come in our shop and complain that they do not receive the recharge code for the power they purchase. And when we call the call center to help - NO ANSWER. The problem that i have is that not all customers understand that it is not our fault when they do not receive the recharge code on time and then we have to deal with this problem. What is going on with conlog? If it is a government institution this will probably make a lot of sense.
