I sent an email to transit air freight at cape town international airport enquiring about flights to have 2 parrots sent to Durban before saturday 30/08/2013. A read receipt was received from them on 29 August but NO E-MAIL/TELEPHONIC RESPONSE FROM TRANSIT TILL DATE EVEN THOUGH CONFIRMATION WAS RECEIVED THAT THE EMAIL WAS READ!! MY CLIENT IS AWAITING HIS BREEDING PAIR OF PARROTS OF WHICH THE HAS DIED IN THE MEANTIME BECAUSE OF FIGHTING WITH OTHER MALES FOR A NEST. NOW I'M SITTING WITH THE LOSS OF THOUSANDS OF RAND'S AND MY CLIENT WITHOUT HIS PARROTS THAT WAS PAID FOR.
