If you are on a budget and want to be pampered dont go to Placecol Brightwater Commons. Its not very often that I spend to get my nails done so I would appreciate some transperancy when receiving a treatment. I was charged for treatments I never asked for. I booked a mani and pedi with massages and was given a parrafin wax which I never asked for. The only time I realised this wasnt included and was in fact an additional cost was when I received my bill in excess of R700. It could perhaps be that this branch has many wealthy clients who dont mind the add ons. It is just disappointing that when I plan to pamper myself I end up with a bill I never planned for.
