I phoned to place order, Kevro said if i pay the same day, my order will be ready on Thursday 29-08-2013. And i will have stock on fridag 30-08-2013. Friday morning, after several calls where supplier would've phoned be back, but didnt, I eventually heard that my parcel is in Bloemfontein and will only be in nelspruit on monday. I asked to cancel my order and to give my money back. The manager will apparently contact me, although I doubt that. This is the third time I order from Kevro and 2 out of the 3 order were a stuff-up. REALLY, is it that hard?
