I was contacted by consultant about this amazing voucher program. It was never mentioned to me that this is a 12 month contract that you must pay, nor did they say anything about a cancellation fee. Very misleading when they speak to you, only read some of the terms and condit to you, and that is how they catch you. I did not agree to any contract or accept any contract in black and white. My understanding was that you can play around on the website and see if you like it, if you do, you can contact them and accept the policy, which i did not. They have tried to take money from my account twice now, and I have instructed my bank to deny any payments, and now i am left with two bank charges of R115 each because the payments from them did not go through. They are not helpful at all, in explaining or helping you, when you explain to them that you cannot afford this and yet they try and take your money. I AM VERY UNHAPPY, AND I DO NOT WANT THIS SO CALLED CONTRACT AS I CANNOT AFFORD IT AND I WONT USE IT. THEY MUST CANCEL IT COMPLETELY AND REFUND MY BANK CHARGES JUST FOR THE INCONVENIENCE THEY CAUSE.
