I tried to register as a Organ Donor last year September online which did not work, so I mailed The Organ Donor Foundation asking if there was another way I could register, I waited two months for a reply! I finally got registered as an Organ Donor and they said they would send my info pack, after three months I still had received nothing so I mailed them again, someone replied saying they would send it asap! I AM STILL WAITING, ALMOST A YEAR LATER! I mailed them yesterday once again and no response! The customer service is disgusting.
