Still waiting for a reply from Leane Ellis. On the 23rd Jan 2013, Leane replied to an email string saying that she will investigate a billing issue and respond ASAP. Well, it is the 13th Aug today and as yet, I have not heard a word from Dry Force's finance team. Wonder if they know what ASAP actually means...
The original incident/invoice problem dates back to June 2011. Perhaps this will explain my frustration in getting some answers back from Dry Force!
