I asked Garry Pennells to quote on a job for me. Whilst I waiting for approval from my my landlord Garry asked for R2400 to pay for the material which he would get delivered to me. After three days there is no material and he does not answer his phone. I normally do not pay up front but his fathers company did two previous jobs and Garry said he has carried on the company following his dads death. I also felt compassionate as Garrys Mom had passed away a few days earlier and he said the account was frozen. All plausible reasons. I have since laid a charge of at the SAPS and thanks to FICA will catch him.
