SHOCKING DEPARTMENT

I have recently opened up an Avon account - My first order was immediately over the credit limit that I was approved on. I paid in R 500.00 to prevent my order being held back.

I was unfortunately in a rush and did not put in the correct reference against the payment, however I did also my initials and surname against the reference. I pick up my error a few days later and I have been trying to resolve it since.

This payment was done on 28.06.13 - I have been sending NUMEROUS emails to [Email Removed] and [Email Removed] and this is still not rectified.

This payment should be reflecting on your bank statements ages ago and I dont understand why today I have been told that a journal has been raised and will take 7 days to sort.

This is absolute nonsense and in the time being this is going to effect my credit rating because people actually cant do their job effenciently when I first brought this issue to their attention at least two weeks ago!

Please can somebody in a manageral position urgently contact me - I WANT THIS RESOLVED TODAY!
